Pigtails & Crewcuts University is built for our system to prioritize brand consistency and safety while remaining mindful that the franchisor and the franchisee are not joint employers. This platform delivers clear, standardized brand and operational training while reinforcing the franchisee’s role as the independent employer. Role-based learning paths, documented acknowledgments, and compliance tracking create transparency and accountability for franchisees to use at a local level.

Pigtails & Crewcuts University was created to assist franchisees in teaching their local employees (managers, stylists, and receptionists) how to follow the Pigtails & Crewcuts standard. The goal is to provide consistent quality not only in how salons operate but also in how teams learn and grow together.

This site is filled with helpful content, from how the franchise got started, the culture and core values, the approach to kid’s haircuts and more. This learning experience is designed to empower and equip everyone so local salons can perform at a higher standard.
